This training is to equip the participants with the requisite skills to be able to manage the employer employee relationship in the work place and provide the necessary skills to competently manage discipline and grievances as they arise. Upon successful delivery of the training, participants must demonstrate understanding of the dynamics of workplace relations between the employer and employee and how this relationship affects organizational productivity. The training will equip participants with knowledge to Navigate the Act with ease. At the end of the training, participants must be able to apply the principles of the Employment Code Act in their everyday operations as the manage Human Resource.
